General Contractor with a diverse portfolio of ground up and renovation construction projects actively seeking Project Manager to join their team in Mobile, AL.Project Types Include:Light IndustrialMedical Office BuildingBig Box RetailTilt WallCommercial ground up and renovationsJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project in the verticals listed above and a proven track record in preconstruction, safety, quality, budgeting, scheduling, business development, and close out of nationally known projects.Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director project executivesDocument on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to projectcontract requirementsReview subcontract agreementsMaintain strict control over the budget for each work activityAssist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.Ideal Candidate5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial Construction General Contractor.
