You will need to be target driven and have a passion and ownership to delivering numbers. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is an individual contributor role and responsible for developing the overall sales and business development plan in a specified segment and or region in the USAManagement of full cycle of sales process hunting for new clients, including agreementsignatures, live account status and ongoing management of accountsDeveloping sales strategies using your local market expertise to maximize go-to-market resources and execute against relevant opportunitiesEnsure excellent communication and internal coordination to roll out new services taking into accounts market specificity (regulation, competition etc.)Attend trade shows, source leads, follow sales process and report back to sales management teamEnsure all specific reporting within required time frame including full use of CRM tool with precisionProvide timely feedback to line manager about performance, sales activity, account management and strategyEnsure account retention, contractual health, well-being, and maximum satisfaction of clientsInitiate and maintain a strong link between customers and back office services to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues,Identify trends by researching industry, related events, and announcements, andEnsure effective working relationships with all relevant clientspartners, third parties and internal colleagues,Effectively communicate the needs of your customers to the support teamProfessional Experience Qualifications 5+ years Direct or indirect work experience in the Payments Industry (Money Transfer or Mobile Financial Services)Hands-on, driven B2B salesperson from the fintechpayments worldHas a strong existing network of PSP's, Acquirers, Banks, Tier one Merchants and Marketplaces in North AmericaStrong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements within North AmericaResults-oriented with great skills in communication, organization, negotiation & networking Must possess a can-do, entrepreneurial drive, focusing on solving problems creatively.
