TITLE: Software Engineer with ACTIVE TSSCI security clearanceLOCATION: Richardson, TX 75082RATE RANGE: $70hr - $99hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract)DURATION: 12+ months Contract or Contract to HireCLEARANCE: Active Top SecretSCI***No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agenciesvendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED***RESPONSIBILITIES• Opportunity to use your understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process), design patterns, and Object Oriented architecture.• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code• Demonstrate your critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well while supporting other program developers and stakeholders.• Obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.REQUIREMENTS• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.• Software development experience using Java.• Experience with Agile or DevSecOps toolsets (e.g. Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, etc.).• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies.• A U.S. government issued TSSCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.• Experience with Agile development methodologies.• Experience with DevSecOps and Continuous IntegrationContinuous Delivery.• Experience with building automated tests.EDUCATION REQUIREDBachelor Degree Required?
