Key Responsibilities:Design & Coordination:Collaborate with consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients to coordinate design activities.Address and resolve design issues, tracking design and cost changes throughout development.Preconstruction Leadership:Develop and deliver best-in-class Preconstruction services to internal and external clients.Work closely with the Group Manager of Preconstruction to refine processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.Client & Team Communication:Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external clients during the preconstruction and planning phases.Keep project leadership informed on unresolved issues and provide regular updates.Planning & Reporting:Utilize tools to monitor project progress.Develop and oversee designs, cost estimates, and value engineering solutions.Collaboration with Project Managers:Provide guidance to project managers during the design phase to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.Support & Oversight:Support commissioning and turnover functions at project completion.Ensure construction phase activities align with preconstruction plans and client expectations.Other Duties:Perform additional duties as required or assigned to support project success.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.Experience: At least 10 years of electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience.Travel: 15-25%.
