The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspections, and logistics management to ensure the successful completion of site preparation projects.This job is not a remote job. QualificationsExperience in project management and expeditingSkills in inspection and logistics managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesMust have skillsets in Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, ProcoreExperience in managing RFIsSubmittals processExperience in heavy civil and site work is a big plusAdditional skillsets in AutoCAD andor Navisworks is a bonusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or ten years of construction management experience
