Campaign Sales Coordinator - Entry LevelThe Campaign Sales Coordinator maintains the daily operations of the customer service and lead generation team. This position develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through exceptional service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify and generate new lead opportunities through relationship buildingParticipate in ongoing product training coursesCollaborate with internal teams on implementation plansWork closely with your manager to ensure alignment with company goalsReview sales activities and prospective customers with managementExecute day-to-day sales, marketing, and campaign managementManage the implementation and delivery of a key client's activities, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying opportunities for expansionHandle problem-solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, and key implementationsThis is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth into management.
