Maintenance Group Lead

An employer is looking for a Maintenance Lead (2nd shift 2 PM -10:30 PM M-F or 3rd shift 10-6:30 AM - usually working 24 weekends). This individual would be managing 10-12 skilled trades people - mechanics (air, pneumatics, hydraulics) and electricians. Will run maintenance breakdowns and troubleshootrepair equipment. Project planning and preventative maintenance over the weekend. Need to be able to help troubleshoot and hold people accountable. Will be responsible for a section within the plant. Managing breakdowns, troubleshooting, predicting breakdowns, fixing problems faster, tracking cycles between failure - typically a root cause for it, determine problem to avoid next time.Must Have:Associates degree or relevant years of experience being an electrician by trade, journeyman, pipefitter, machine repairman, etc.5+ years of mechanicalelectrical tradesman experience2+ years of experience overseeing projectsmanaging a team of peopleExperience reading and finding parts for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprintsExperience with machining concepts - CNC machines, lathes, grinders, drilling & machining, etc.Strong communication & problem solving skills
