BML Wealth Management in Irvine, CA is seeking to add a Financial Advisor to our Team!This Lead Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from seminars and referrals, as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of financial service experience requiredSeries 65 and Life and Health requiredStrong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenProficient with MS Office SuiteExperience with CRM preferredThis position requires you possess the following skills:Strong relationship-building and communication abilitiesExpertise in financial planning and strategy developmentCommitment to following structured processes and ensuring complianceExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong InitiativeProficiency with financial tools and CRM systemsResponsibilities:Engage with warm leads provided by our marketing efforts, establishing trust and credibilityConduct financial consultations to assess client needs, goals, and objectivesDevelop and present customized financial plans, ensuring alignment with client prioritiesFollow a consistent advising process to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiencyMaintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and portfolio reviewsStay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changesCollaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experienceCompensation: For the first 3-6 months, the salary will be $5k-$10K per month (BOE).
