Apply your expertise in our industry leading team of automation professionals.As the Regional Finance and Accounting Director, you will be responsible for mitigating financial risks and safeguard project margins. You will be involved in all sales, project and service this position you will be responsible for the assigned unit's management accounting and reporting, including monthly reports and estimates, annual plans, and strategy calculations.Responsibilities:Provide and prepare the unit's management with financial information and business analysis and use this information to participate in planning, forecasting, decision making and controlling.Work as a business partner with areas of the business to prepare financial plans and estimates of future business plans and strategy.Monitor and analyze monthly operating results for the assigned unit against the plan and prepare financial performance reports. Prepare financial outlooks and business performance forecasts for the unit's management. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting practices, rules and regulations (SOX, CAPEX, IAS IFRS, USGaap, etc.) and corporate governance practices.Supporting other BL's, Areas or Global Finance Organization in special projects or dutiesWorks independently to complete given assignments and projects, dealing with analysis, forecasts and business cases for an assigned unit. Guides and influences others within your own area of expertise.Qualifications:Degree in Finance or equivalent5-8 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Bank and Corporate Guarantees and Letter of CreditKnowledge of VAT system, regulations and practicesAbility to communicate well and work in a team environmentAbility to use required applications (Infor LN, Vantage Gateway, GlobalTrade etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to independent thinking and business-oriented mindsetCompensation: $140,000 - $160,000 salary plus bonusSE# 510709365
