As we continue to grow, we are looking for a top-producing sales professional with a proven track record of success to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager.Requirements We are looking for a top producer with a documented track record of three or more years of sales experience. Capital equipment sales in a B2B environment is a plus. Insideoutside sales and strong phone experience is required. The candidate must be energetic, goal-driven and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with the ability to quickly and comfortably build rapport with customers. This position will be in-office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST at our U.S. headquarters located in Waukegan, Illinois. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clientsNegotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure mutual satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectationsManage a database of accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction Identify, research, analyze, and communicate competitive sales strategiesProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts to inform management's strategic decision-making, and to reflect appropriate management of the territory and sales pipelineDevelop customized account plans and strategies aimed at optimizing customer retention and stimulating account growthEffectively develop and manage your sales plan by setting dailyweeklymonthly goals and objectives, prioritizing tasks, utilizing your time effectively and efficiently, and taking full advantage of available resources QualificationsFour-year college degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProficiency in CRM software and other sales toolsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a business development account management position, preferably in the manufacturing industry Proven success and strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and closing techniquesAdapt at computer skills including a working knowledge of word processing, spread sheet, contract management, and e-mail programsA strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsObtains a hunter versus farmer mentality Demonstrated ability to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 25% Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission - Base salary range $40,000 - $70,000 - Commission percentage up to 9% - OTE in the first year, minimum $100,000+Health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield with an employer contribution of $300 per monthSimple IRA with employer match up to 3%16 days of paid time off in addition to 11 paid holidays per calendar year1 remote day per week after completion of trainingSummer hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day
