Advanced Quality Engineer - Lead DFMEA & PFMEA for Cutting-Edge ProductsAre you passionate about driving quality improvements and shaping the future of manufacturing? You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust quality strategies, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.What You'll Do:Own DFMEA & PFMEA development, ensuring risk mitigation is embedded in product and process design.Create and maintain quality-related documents, including control plans, process flow charts, and PPAPs.Define inspection and process control requirements to drive defect-free production.Analyze quality data to identify trends and lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with engineering, production, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and customer requirements.Lead quality team meetings, report on key metrics, and champion defect reduction efforts.Act as the Quality SME in product launch activities, ensuring a seamless transition from design to production.Provide training on quality systems, tools, and best practices to colleagues and new hires.What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in quality systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Expertise in DFMEA & PFMEA with a track record of successful -depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system tools.Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and quality-related software tools.Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.If you're ready to make an impact and be a key driver of quality excellence, apply now and help us build the future of manufacturing!
