Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: MechanicLocation: Marston, MOShifts: 4 days on, 4 days off to 4 nights on 7:00am to 7:00pm (Day shift schedule) 7:00pm to 7:00am (Night shift Schedule)What's the Job?The Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, ensuring that all systems run efficiently to meet production goals. This position plays a critical role in reducing downtime and ensuring smooth plant operations.Key responsibilities include:Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production and facility machinery.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to reduce spect mechanical systems to identify potential failures and recommend necessary repairs.Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance tasks.Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical documents.Follow all safety procedures and maintenance protocols.Perform other mechanical tasks as needed to maintain plant operations.What's Needed?Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience: 1-3 years of general mechanic experience with industrial equipmentSkills:Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.Experience with general mechanical repairs and maintenance.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and machinery.Willingness to learn and improve mechanical skills.
