The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and overseeing the department dedicated to enrolling new members and driving membership growth. This includes managing the Refer-a- Friend Coordinator, Member Enrollment Team, Group Enrollment Team, and Conferences Team. This role will play a critical role in expanding CHMʼs member base, ensuring a seamless enrollment process, and implementing strategies to achieve sustainable growth. This role will work closely with the CEO to develop and systematize strategies that align with the ministry's mission and organizational goals, with a potential future transition to reporting to the Vice President for Marketing.What We OfferCompensation based on experience.Faith and purpose-based career opportunity!Fully paid health benefitsRetirement and Life Insurance12 paid holidays PLUS birthdayLunch is provided DAILY.Professional DevelopmentPaid TrainingKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive membership enrollment and growth strategy that aligns with CHMʼs ministry-driven mission and expansion objectives.Provide visionary leadership to the enrollment and growth department, fostering a culture of excellence,accountability, and collaboration that reflects the ministry's values.Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to establish enrollment and growth targets and objectives that support CHMʼs mission.Regularly review and adjust strategies based on market trends, organizational goals, and performance data, ensuring alignment with CHMʼs ministry goals.Team Management & CoachingLead, mentor, and develop the membership enrollment and growth team, including the Refer-a-Friend Coordinator, Member Enrollment Team, Group Sales Team, and Conferences Sales Team.Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with CHMʼs mission.Foster a supportive and ministry-focused work environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to team members, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to effectively close enrollments and achieve growth objectives in line with CHMʼs mission.Enrollment & Growth OperationsOversee daily operations of the Growth and Enrollment department, ensuring efficient and effective execution of activities that align with the ministry's objectives.Monitor and analyze enrollment and growth performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of enrollment activities, pipeline development, and member acquisition, with a focus on ministry outcomes.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the marketing, member services, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy between enrollment and growth initiatives and broader organizational efforts, all in support of CHMʼs mission.Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment and growth-related inquiries and communications with senior leadership, ensuring that all efforts are consistent with CHMʼs ministry focus.Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand CHMʼs member base and impact, always with the ministry's objectives in mind.Represent CHM at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote the organization and its services, highlighting its ministry-driven approach.Budgeting & Resource ManagementDevelop and manage department budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve goals that align with the ministry's mission.Provide regular ï¬nancial and operational reports to the CEO and other stakeholders, demonstrating how resources are being used to further CHMʼs ministry objectives.Qualiï¬cationsBachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related ï¬eld (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare, non-proï¬t, or faith-based sectors.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding enrollment and growth targets, with strong competencyin closing enrollments and expanding member bases in alignment with a ministry's mission.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within a Christian context.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a ministry-focused approach.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, with an emphasis on ministry- driven outcomes.Proï¬ciency in CRM software and analytics tools.Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of CHM.About Christian Healthcare MinistriesFounded in 1981, Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is a health care sharing ministry for Christians.
