Client Services RepresentativePosition Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join their Wealth Management firm in Newtown, PA. This position will serve as the primary contact for clients, answering questions, resolving issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, timely responses, and efficient management of requests. This role is crucial in supporting the firm's mission to provide collaborative and transparent financial planning and investment management services.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication:Manage customer inquiries on the phone, by email, and welcoming clients in-office.Provide timely and accurate information and follow-up to client inquiries, ensuring a superior level of client satisfaction.New Client Onboarding:Manage new client paperwork from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.Collaborate with internal team members to optimize the onboarding process and enhance client experience.Financial Account Support:Assist clients with all account-related inquiries and questions.Provide accurate information about our products and services.Explain, plan, and execute annual IRA contributions and required minimum distributions (RMDs) from retirement accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with team to execute monthly client communication responsibilities.Year-End Tax Documentation:Help prepare and distribute year-end tax documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Serve as a resource for clients and internal teams during tax season, addressing any related inquiries.Retirement Classes:Assist the team in executing class series, including event logistics, client communication, and post-class follow-up.Provide support to Presenters including location setup, attendee refreshments, and material preparation. Administrative Support:Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed in the firm's CRM database.Support advisors with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:Relevant experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or wealth management; previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly related to retirement accounts and tax documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software systems.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Started or completed Series 65 andor related certification in financial terest in or working toward a CFP designation.
