You will help support staff and manage company day to day operations and systems. Responsibilities of this position:Answer phone to assist customers and insurance adjusters with questions and concernsAssist in preparing and reviewing project estimates for accuracy Assist in correspondence with insurance adjusters for customer insurance claimsAssist with accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll Managing flow of information between sales, production and support staffOrder permits for projectsAssist ownersmanagers with administrative tasksQualifications:Previous experience in office administration and customer service, Minimum 2 years experience neededExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailFamiliar with Quickbooks OnlineProficient in Google Workspace: Drive, Docs, SheetsTeam OrientedCustomer Service Minded
