Electronic Engineering Technician

Akkodis is seeking an Electronic Engineering Technician for an onsite and temp-to-hire role in Westerville, OH. Qualified candidates will have expertise in soldering and component-level troubleshooting of printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate will excel in repair, performing preventive maintenance and calibration, ensuring technical accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Pay Range: $30-35 per hour; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsThis is an opportunity to join a global technology leader and a great team!Electronic Technician job responsibilities include:Performs workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.Ensures the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.Assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.Executes work as per first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and as per quality standards. Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the ways of working, communicates them proactively and drives minor improvement actions.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum High School diploma. Preferred Associates degree in Electronics field.Knowledge of Electronics Principles.5+ years of experience in Component-Level Troubleshooting of electronic circuitsPCB's.Electronic component Soldering skill is a must.
