Get more details below.Worksite Location - Multiple Locations Available: St. Cloud, MN, Mendota Heights, MN, Plymouth, MNCompensation: $48,000-$60,000 annuallyWhat you'll do as the Claims Administrator:Provide service, expertise, and guidance to insured(s) and claimant(s) with a planned approach for prompt, fair handling of claims on a proactive and troubleshooting basisMonitor claims with the goal to reduce the impact of the claim on our client's insurance and financial resultsService claims on behalf of clients in all lines of personal insurance in accordance with agency workflow procedures to ensure prompt and fair handlingWork with insurance carriers to obtain the best claim resolutionSupport loss control in identifying effective ways to reduce exposureCoordinate and participate in claim review meetingsSet priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate productionProactively respond to daily client correspondence in a quick and accurate mannerEnter activity and other relevant information into the company's software system(s) in accordance with company procedures while maintaining accuracy to avoid errors and omissionsCollaborate with personal lines staff to identify claim issues, potential solutions, strategies, and services for clientsPrepare and analyze loss history, and claim reportsMaintain internal and external relationships with professionalismContinue professional development; pursue and maintain professional designations if applicableTravel as necessary for client meetingsWhat you'll bring to the Claims Administrator role:A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degreeMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in claims processing, personal lines preferredActive property & casualty insurance licenseExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks effectivelySelf-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by exampleAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThis company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life, long-term care, 401(k) plan, and more.
