HVAC Construction General Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction General Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale mechanical projects. This role involves managing site crews, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all field activities for mechanical construction projects.Manage and mentor site superintendents and field crews.Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in mechanical construction, with leadership experience.Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in construction management software.
