Interstate Window & Door Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Interstate Building Materials, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee the organization's financial operations. As a key member of Interstate's management team, the CFO will have primary oversight and responsibility for Interstate's financial operations and will guide the organization's financial growth, structure and direction, as well as work closely with the other members of Senior Management in both operating and strategic matters. The CFO will manage the Company's daily financial operations and oversee staff, including, accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will also assist with delinquent account collections and the evaluation of new customers for credit terstate Window & Door Co is a mid-sized company, with operations located in Pittston, PA. It manufactures and sells residential and commercial vinyl and composite windows and doors to distributors and dealers throughout the eastern and central United States. The CFO will be expected to be hands-on, lead and mentor the finance team, analyze and manage financial risks, ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards and lead month-end and year-end close activities and all associated financial reporting, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and capital allocation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and a proven track record as a CFO or other senior financial leader for a mid-sized manufacturing company.RESPONSIBILIITIES This role will be responsible for driving financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring sound fiscal health across all areas of the business such as:AccountingAccounts PayableAccounts ReceivableFixed AssetsCollectionsInsuranceCost and Profit AnalysisInventoryBudgetsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of financial experience, preferably with a manufacturing concern. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role.FP& A expertise, including data analysis, modeling, and variance analysisApply a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structures, and financial performance metrics to enhance efficiency and profitabilityProven expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, and risk managementStrong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis specific to manufacturingSolid understanding of financial software (SAGE a plus), accounting systems, Excel, and ERP solutions.Knowledge of US GAAP and federal tax laws.
