This role is critical in ensuring that our clients receive reliable, consistent, and high-quality care by effectively managing caregiver scheduling, staffing logistics, and workforce optimization. The Senior Staffing Specialist will work closely with the Staffing Coordinators, Human Resource Manager, and Operations Team to maintain efficient staffing processes and ensure caregiver-client compatibility.Key ResponsibilitiesStaffing Coordination: Oversee daily and long-term scheduling needs, ensuring all shifts are filled promptly and efficiently.Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding caregivers in collaboration with the HR team.Client & Caregiver Matching: Strategically assign caregivers based on client needs, skills, and availability to ensure optimal service.Workforce Management: Monitor caregiver availability, track overtime, and proactively address staffing gaps.Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers regarding scheduling, shift changes, and general pliance & Documentation: Ensure all staffing assignments adhere to company policies, state regulations, and caregiver certifications.Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Handle last-minute call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing issues with professionalism and efficiency.Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of staffing trends, caregiver performance, and client satisfaction for reporting and strategic planning.Collaboration: Work closely with staffing coordinators and the leadership team to enhance staffing strategies and operational efficiencies.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum of 3+ years in staffing, scheduling, or workforce management, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a similar industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, human resources, or a related field preferred but not required.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in scheduling software (experience with WellSky is a plus) and VoIP phone systems for communication and munication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively interact with caregivers, clients, and leadership.Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and find solutions quickly.Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours availability for urgent staffing needs.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with weekly payroll and daily pay optionsComprehensive training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive team environment with growth potentialThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and caregiversIf you are a dedicated professional with a passion for staffing and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
