The Curry reputation for providing exceptional service has been built on over 110 years of caring for its employees and Bloomington community members.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a new and used vehicle Sales and Leasing Consultant at Curry Auto Center. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for connecting and working closely with customers during their consulting phase and purchasing process, while ensuring customer satisfaction through an exceptional experience.QualificationsSales consulting or similar consulting skillsCustomer satisfaction, customer service, and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customersPrevious experience in sales or customer service roles preferredKnowledge of vehicles and automotive industry trends preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targetsDuties and ResponsibilitiesGuarantee satisfaction to customers, which is a fundamental for a successful businessListen to customers and ask questions to determine their vehicles needsDemonstrate vehicles, including the utilization of test drivesMaintain an ownercustomer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfactionAttend Sales Department meetingsMaintain a prospect development system including maintaining and entering customer information into a dealer management systemStay trained and educated on the latest product knowledge, features, and accessories and how these bring benefit to the customerEstablish personal sales goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goalsIntroduce customers to other departments throughout their purchase process to establish connections the customer can rely on during their ownership cycleMaintain a clean and safe working environmentAssist management in maintaining the dealership's lot and its inventoryAdditional duties and responsibilities may applyRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or the equivalent required.
