If you prioritize integrity, excellence, growth, and collaboration, we encourage you to apply.Your Role- As a Mechanical Engineer, you will develop customer projects and internal products in areas such as:Machine DesignAutomation & ControlsProduct DevelopmentBuild-to-PrintFabricationYou will design layouts to meet customer specifications, test products, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. This role demands attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach to addressing customer needsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and Analysis: Apply CFD and FEA tools to enhance fluid flow, performance, and structural integrity in components and systems.System Development: Design mechanical systems, source components, and design "Measurement Electronics" modules, including sensors, PCBs, and enclosures.Prototyping and Testing: Rapidly prototype and test components, iterating designs to meet functional and energy efficiency tegration and Interfaces: Develop interfaces between mechanical systems and control systems (e.g., microcontrollers, SCADAPLC).Technical Collaboration: Interpret specifications, advise stakeholders on design modifications, and contribute to Statements of Work during the sales process.Team Support and Innovation: Mentor team members, integrate new technologies, and drive innovative problem-solving.Duties and responsibilities are client-focused and may evolve to meet changing needs and priorities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (MS Degree not required but a plus)5+ years of related experienceProficiency in 3D CAD, including parametric modeling, assembly development, and simulation using SolidWorks.Proven experience with FEA, CFD, and engineering tools including ANSYS and SolidWorks Simulation.Familiarity with mathematical and analysis tools like MATLAB, Excel, or LabView.Strong understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials scienceThis position requires full-time, on-site work to support team pensationPay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
