Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Front Office position at Georgetown Interventional Pain located in Georgetown, TX. We are seeking an experienced candidate to assist with our growing volume of patients and services. This will be an ideal position for someone who is a quick learner, compassionate, enthusiastic, friendly, and would enjoy working in a patient-facing role (check-in, check-out receptionist). Training will be provided.Etiquette and Communication skillsAppointment Scheduling and Customer Service skillsReceptionist DutiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a medical office settingTake messages for patients using electronic medical records.Collect co-payments.Address patient requests and inquires.Resolve patient municate with dedicated billing and authorization service on insurance issues (i.e., verifications and authorizations) and assist patients in understanding insurance plans.Various assigned administrative processes.
