This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and financially savvy project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to expand into technical project management over time.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Budgeting: Lead cost-focused projects, manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize financial resources using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and .Execution & Transition: Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations. Transition into technical project management over time.Stakeholder Collaboration: Align project scope with business goals, communicate key updates, and provide insights on cost control and project success.Risk & Quality Management: Identify financial risks, implement budget controls, and ensure project compliance and quality standards.Qualifications:Required:4-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on cost control, budgeting, and financial project oversight.Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).Proficiency in budgeting tools, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and .Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage operational and financial projects first, with an interest in transitioning into more technical projects.Preferred:PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other project management certifications.Experience with financial modeling and cost analysis.Exposure to technical project management methodologies or tools.
