Passion for leading projects is a must!ResponsibilitiesGuide project team in all phases of designInteract with regulatory agencies and achieve a consensusUnderstand and implement contractual obligationsUnderstand and implement healthcare codes, building codes, standards and construction methods to manage projects from concept thru completionConsultant CoordinationConstruction contract administrationManage client relationships and team communicationCreate relationships with new clients and brokersDesire to lead and develop staffQualificationsNAAB accredited degree in Architecture and 7+ years of experienceValid Architectural License requiredNCARB certification preferredDemonstrated experience mentoring and leading team membersProven history of managing commercialhealthcare projects in excess of $5MStructured, disciplined, and skillful workAccuracy, follow through, and quality of workSkillsSoftware Proficiency: Revit, Procore, Bluebeam, MS OfficeProject ManagementCode: Knowledgeable about building codes, ADAAG and other relevant building design criteria's applicable for healthcare projectsStrong space planning skillsNote to RecruitersAgencies: Please refrain from sending resumes unless solicited by our HR department.
