Key Responsibilities:Governance and Compliance:Lead the governance framework for gainshare calculations across various projects, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and performance targets.Oversee the development and implementation of standardized processes for calculating and reporting gainshare metrics.Ensure consistency and accuracy in the calculation of gainshare across all projects.Project Oversight:Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that gainshare metrics are effectively incorporated into project tracking and reporting systems.Review project deliverables, ensuring that gainshare-related objectives are met and accurately documented.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding gainshare calculations.Provide guidance and support to project teams to address challenges related to gainshare calculations, including any discrepancies or issues with municate gainshare results to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency in reporting.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve the governance processes related to gainshare calculations, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure all team members understand and adhere to the gainshare calculation methodologies.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with the gainshare calculation process, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed.Escalate any significant risks or deviations from governance guidelines to senior management in a timely manner.Reporting and Analytics:Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on gainshare metrics to senior leadership, highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.Analyze and interpret gainshare data to ensure transparency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.Collaboration with Finance and Legal Teams:Partner with finance teams to ensure the gainshare model is properly aligned with financial forecasting and budgeting.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure gainshare agreements and terms are correctly reflected in contract documentation.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.Experience:7+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO governance, or financial modeling.Experience working with gainshare models or incentive-based performance calculations.Strong understanding of financial calculations, reporting, and analysis.Skills:Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and advanced Excel skills.Experience with governance frameworks and compliance processes.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Personal Attributes:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and evolving situations.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
