LEED Project Manager

Envision yourself on the leading edge of the sustainability movement: working with a great team, continuously growing alongside the industry, and utilizing your strong project management skills.Join VCA Green to be part of a unique team of sustainability, structural, and code compliance industry experts.We are looking for an experienced LEED Project Manager to lead a team, successfully manage projects, maintain strong client relationships, and take on high-end, complex projects while delivering a high level of quality.Key Deliverables Include:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with varying scopes, stages, and competing deadlines. Ensure project success by guiding clients through regulatory requirements and third-party rating systems like LEED and GreenPoint Rated.Coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are thorough, accurate, and completed on time.Support VCA Principals and Senior Project Managers by reviewing plans and specifications for third-party rating systems and assisting with related green building tasks.Demonstrate effective time management to meet deadlines with minimal pile and edit technical research and reports.Review Green Building measures and identify their presence in construction drawings or specifications. Communicate confidently with both external and internal teams.Travel to offices as needed.Develop a personal plan for continuous professional growth.Provide support to other VCA Green pillars, including Field Services and Energy Modeling, as necessary.Qualifications:Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in Architecture, Sustainability, Energy, Project Management, or related fields.LEED AP (with any specialty) or LEED Green Associate.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead project teams effectively.Excellent communication and writing skills.Ability to read legends, sheet indices, and follow keynote and detail references.Track record of managing projects and tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality results that meet client expectations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ClickUp experience is a plus.Knowledge of energy modeling and related software applications is a plus.Some travel required.We offer:Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.An outstanding benefits package, including 401(k) and profit-sharing plan.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.A family-oriented culture within a company poised for continued growth and opportunity.An office location conveniently near Metrolink, Amtrak, and other public transit systems, with easy access to the 57225 freeways.VCA Green is a sought-after firm that provides green building educational and consulting services to top tier clients including leading architectural firms, builders, developers, and facility owners.
