MEP Project Team Lead

An MEP Project Team Leader responsible for overseeing both technical staff and those in project management roles for commercial and institutional projects to include reviewing appropriate staffing levels for the forecasted work, resource leveling, staff engagement, technical excellence and quality, and all operational activities so the team can function at an optimal level.Required:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering requiredProfessional Engineer License (PE) requiredMinimum of 10 years progressive engineering, project management and technical leadership experience is requiredProven success as a leaderTechnically astute and strategic in thinking to properly position the team for strong technical and financial performance and client satisfactionAn articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groupsStrong ability to resolve matters timely and lead initiatives and projects to completion with a sense of urgencyAbility to inspire, motive, build and manage relationships across the company and influence decisions from the top down and bottom upUnderstands QAQC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineeringStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiencesProficiency with MS Office software required
