Our client, a leading distributor of plumbing and HVAC products, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Rockville, MD location. This company is known for its commitment to quality, strong supplier relationships, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, including sales growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer and employee satisfaction. This role involves directing and coordinating branch operations, personnel development, and sales activities while collaborating closely with inside and outside sales teams. Location: Rockville, MD Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Pay: $80k-$100kannually Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations by scheduling and assigning staff, monitoring performance, and fostering product knowledge and sales expertise.Ensure all branch employees uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.Analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall sales success.Manage branch staff by coaching, mentoring, and evaluating performance while ensuring appropriate staffing levels.Align branch operations with corporate goals by implementing strategies and clearly communicating objectives to the team.Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment, ensuring the store and its premises meet safety and appearance standards.Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock control, and manage obsolete materials effectively.Perform additional duties and projects assigned. Qualifications:Preferred experience in wholesale distribution and supervisory roles.Proven ability to solve problems effectively and achieve measurable results.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience with plumbing or HVAC products is highly desirable.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
