In this role you will be processing and creating 3D models of engine parts component assemblies using Siemens NX software.Must Haves Mandatory:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing3+ years of experience in general manufacturingAbility to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsProficiency with Siemens NX, Microsoft Office tools, and CAD solid modeling softwareBackground in manufacturing with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentNice to Have Preferred:Prior experience as a machinistExperience with Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel materialsResponsibilities:Establish part cost estimates on a mix of OEM products and overhaul servicesCreate 3D models of the assembly and all components in Siemens NXDevelop operation sheetswork instructions from 3D models in Siemens NXCreate routingBOMitem cards in ERP (intuitive)Create milestonesproject plans and ensure engineering tasks stay on trackFollow parts through the shop to ensure there are no issuesInteract with shop personnel when developing processesProvide support to customersvendors on any engineering-related itemsParticipate in root cause analysis and other continuous improvement projectsBenefit offerings may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
