ERP Project Manager - FT Direct Hire

The Judge Group is seeking an ERP Project Manager - SAP for a manufacturing company in the Cherry Hill, NJ areaTitle: ERP Project Manager- SAPLocation: Cherry Hill, NJSalary: $100,000 - $120,000*This is a full time, direct hire role* Key Responsibilities:• Process Optimization & ERP Integration: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes; collaborate with the ERP team.• Requirements Gathering & System Design: Gather business requirements from end-users; communicate with the ERP team.• ERP System Testing: Develop and execute test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing.• Training & User Adoption: Create training materials; conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.• Change Management: Lead change management efforts; communicate system changes to stakeholders.• Data & Reporting Management: Manage system configuration, master data, and reporting for manufacturing operations.Key Manufacturing Processes Supported:• Forecasting• Scheduling• Capacity Management• Receiving• Warehouse Management• Inventory Management• Production & Work Order Management• Shipping• Bills of Material & RoutingsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree required.• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing• Minimum 5 years of on-site manufacturing or distribution experience.• Strong experience with ERP systems in manufacturing and warehouse environments - SAP highly preferred• ERP implementationlaunch experience is highly desirable - SAP• Cross-functional experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain• Experience in Job Shop or Discrete Manufacturing environments preferred
