Structural Analysis Engineer

Apex Systems is seeking multiple Structural Analysis Engineers to work onsite in Huntsville, AL.Job title: Structural Analysis Engineer Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Overtime available, up to 25%Location: Huntsville, AlabamaDuration: 1 year with likely extensionWork Arrangement: 100% onsite (no relocation offered)**For immediate consideration, please email your updated resume to Julissa with "Structural Analysis Engineer Huntsville" in the subject line.Responsibilities:Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements to establish the system design.Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment.Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element modelssimulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle.Develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance.Create test plans and configurations, support test execution, and analyzereport test results to validate and verify that systems and components meet requirements and specifications.Define and document certification and test results to substantiate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.Work under general direction.Qualifications:Experience with the following required:Classical Hand AnalysisPrimary StructureFEM experienceAircraft stress analysisstructural analysisIntegrated designLayout development experienceExperience with the following preferred:Primary Aircraft Structure experiencePrevious Aerospace ExperienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentOther Requirements: Ability to obtain a security clearance is a plus but not required EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
