We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Outside Sales team and help drive success at our Parkersburg, WV facility. If you enjoy working with industrial equipment and solving customer challenges, let's talk!What You'll Do:Generate quotations for pumps, motors, parts, and systems based on customer needsManage projects from conception to completion, ensuring customer specs are metBuild strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive repeat businessCoordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveriesAssist with customer visits, project startups, and occasional travel as neededWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (preferred, not required)1-2 years of experience, ideally in the industrial marketplaceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.Ability to pass a background check and drug screenBonus Points for:Inside sales experience in industrial equipmentCAD or SolidWorks experienceForklift operation skills (training provided)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyIf you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in industrial sales, let's connect!
