The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a variety of projects concurrently.Responsibilities Include:Assisting Project Managers to gather, prepare, review and process various project documents- permits, submittals, contracts, budget information, purchase orders, buy-outs, schedules.Processing change proposal takeoff and entry, including time and material changesPreparing Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeoutTracking all project documents, materials and processing the data entry of information for the projects assignedMust Haves:Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAdvanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel and an understanding of construction project cyclesAssociatesBachelor's degree or related constructionelectrical field experienceAutoCAD and Bluebeam knowledge is a plusWayne J.
