Position Summary:The purpose of this role is to assist in maintaining essential Quality and Food Safety programs for Bonduelle Americas.What you will Do:Maintains and updates QMS Corporate SOPs and documentsMaintains 3rd Party Audit calendar for BA facilities,Is a back-up for customer requests and document uploads in customer portalsMaintains and manages emergency contact lists for BA facilitiesAssists with data reporting to Group for BA facilitiesMaintains specification updates on data reporting systemsUpdate & maintain Organic Plan Summaries for BA facilitiesAssist with development of system checklistsdocuments on data management systemsAnalyzes micro testing costs and issues quarterly monthly scorecardMaintains changes in 3rd party lab portalsAssists with Corporate swabathons with the aid of the site FS hygienistResponsible for providing training, as needed, to plant personnel on quality, food safety and basic GMP practicesAssists Corporate Team and other assigned duties by ManagerTrends KPI data for Quality & Food SafetyPerform Risk Assessments as neededSupports sites with audit compliance and audit preparationMinimum Qualifications:B.S in Food Science or related field preferred.Strong analytical and organizational skillsMinimum of 3-5 years experience developing and deploying policies and processes in a food manufacturing environmentDirect experience working with SQF auditors, third-party auditors, andor regulatory agencies.Data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving skills are preferredMust possess advanced computer skills in database management, specifically with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.Prefer HACCP and PCQI certification.GFSISQF practitioner training is a plus.Must possess excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, vendors, and customersUnderstanding of and ability to apply Leancontinuous improvement concepts in daily work.Ability to manage changing priorities, multi-task, and interact with different departments and as a team member.Ability to travel, ranging from 30-50% travelMust be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteMust be able to spend extended periods of time viewing computer screens andor operating a keyboard.Familiarity with data management systems such as JDE, Datahex, and Tableau are preferred.Desired Qualifications:Other skills, systems experience, competencies (results oriented...), computer abilitiesAbility to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organizationA proven track record of results with a bias for actionA passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
