Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in civil construction to join our team. This role is based in North Haven, CT, with travel required to various off-site locations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions proactively.Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience in civil construction project management.Experience with CTDOT andor Metro-North Railroad projects is a huge plus.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to travel to off-site locations as pensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Standard benefits pany vehicle provided.
