AccountantAbout us:Capchem Technologies, USA 's mission is to become a Global Leader of Electronic Chemicals and Functional Materials with professionally engineered products, high quality distributed products, and exceptional services.About the Role:The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial affairs, including maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and policies. This position is on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain precise general ledgers and journals.Record daily financial transactions timely and accurately.Prepare check payments, and process ACH payments, auto debits, and credit card payments in PNC account.Keep good Communication with HQ financial department and submit required forms and reports according to company regulation.Ensure meticulous tracking of expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, and statementsReconcile assigned bank and credit card accounts.Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for accounts payable and receivable.Active role in project development.Properly keeping, storing and securing documentation related to the performed activities, including electronic carriers.Cultivate positive relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives.This description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required.
