Who You Will Work WithYou will be supporting two C-level executives who are aligned with common goals and the values of the firm, but with very different styles: one a high-energy managing partner who is always on the go (both around the office and in the community), as well as a high-profile industry-leading wealth management visionary who co-founded the firm. One is enthusiastic, exacting, and results oriented. She is always on the move and your focus will be to keep your eye on the clock to help her meet her obligations, including some personal assistant type requests. This includes anticipating speedbumps that might come her way while creating opportunities for her to catch her breath. You'll need to keep both a bird's eye view of her calendar on a larger scale as well as an eagle eye toward the daily details. The other is curious and charismatic, yet introverted and private. Taking the time to learn his needs and preferences is critical. While he doesn't need minute-to-minute attention; the items you handle for him must be laid out with thought and empathy. Your EQ is just as important as your IQ. Who Will Be SuccessfulCriticalResourceful Thinker: You must be curious - you will need to become familiar with all roles and resources to figure out the most efficient way to solve any problem that arises. You will be one of the first resources that your executive and other team members turn to when an issue arises. At the end of the day, you may be covered in soot with all the fires you've put out but will be highly valued for your efforts. Flexible: You'll need to be able to work in an environment with multiple priorities that can shift in the blink of an eye. You might be covering the front desk one minute, and planning firm and client events the next. The key to thriving in this environment is organization - in your email, notes, and calendar. Your life at Accredited could be different daily, weekly, or monthly. One day your work attire may be elevated casual, and the next may require distinguished professional. You will be held to high expectations, and you'll be relied on to make decisions on the fly. Details Matter: It's critical to make sure that everything you touch reflects the executives in the best light. Go over the details and then go over them again to ensure accuracy. It is important that all items you produce are polished and thoughtfully curated. Your communication with clients, prospective clients, and centers of influence in our industry is a reflection of our brand. Your professional demeanor should shine brightly as you engage with others. Compliance and confidentiality are critical.Collected: You are able to act calmly under deadlines and prioritize the important deliverables, while keeping a positive and solution-focused attitude. Like a duck, you will shine gracefully on the surface while also navigating multiple details underneath. You will need to be effective in conveying ideas and messages across verbal and written communications in the proper emotional state at the right time. Compassionate: You understand the circumstances of your clients and your team, while also balancing and adapting to the larger needs of the firm.
