Subcontractor management:Obtain quotes from subcontractors, assess their capabilities, and negotiate pricing. Value engineering:Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and functionality. Client presentations:Present detailed cost breakdowns and project proposals to potential clients. Bid strategy development:Contribute to the overall bid strategy, including pricing and proposal content. Project feasibility analysis:Assess the viability of projects based on cost estimates and market conditions. Staying updated with industry trends:Monitor market fluctuations, new construction technologies, and material pricing to maintain accurate estimates.
