Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by leading client meetings, delivering tailored financial strategies, and providing exceptional service throughout the client prehensive Planning: Develop and implement holistic financial plans that align with clients' goals, covering areas such as investment management, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders (including CPAs, estate attorneys, and other advisors) to ensure clients receive a comprehensive, coordinated approach to their financial planning.Account Management: Proactively monitor client portfolios, and coordinate with portfolio management team to determine trading and rebalancing opportunities that align with the client's risk profile and investment policy statement.Client Retention & Growth: Actively work on client retention through exceptional service and provide proactive support. Additionally, identify opportunities for business development, helping to expand the firm's client base.Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with client service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management processes, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.Education & Communication: Educate clients on financial strategies and provide regular communication to ensure they are well-informed and confident in their financial plans.Fiduciary Duty: Always act in the best interest of clients, adhering to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning, estate planning, or wealth management, preferably within a professional financial services firm.Certifications: A CFP® designation is required. Series 65 or equivalent licensure is also required.Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning, including retirement, estate, tax, insurance, and investment strategies.Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and organization.Client Focus: Empathy, integrity, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to dependence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams of professionals.Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other financial tools, such as eMoney, Holistiplan, OrionEducation & Licensure:A four-year degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is required.CFP designation preferred.Series 65 or equivalent license is pensation & Benefits:Salary: $120,000 - $150,000Retirement: 4.5% company match on your gross salary into the company retirement plan.Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.Additional Benefits: Short-term disability and life insurance available after 90 days.Paid Time Off: Generous paid-time-off package to support work-life balancePlease send resume to
