If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Ocean Grove wants to hear from you!Activity Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:Bachelor's Degree or Certification completionMust possess one of the following credentials: MEPAP 1, ADC, CDP, or CTRS certificationMinimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, as a supervisorAbility to communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teamDeveloping care plans, monitoring systems and all documentation requirementsKnowledge of Quality Assurance programs, State survey processes, Residents' RightsSupervising the Recreation Department personnelCreating, planning, implementing monthly calendars and newslettersFollow budgetary guidelines for the departmentAssist with creating, planning, and implementing Facility Event Calendar for staffComputer knowledgeAbility to manage time effectivelyCreating person-centered large and small group programs, hospitality, and special sensory activitiesActivity Director Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Full-timeDaily Pay OptionHealth, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employeesOpportunities for advancement.
