As a firm, we are passionate about what we do, and we take pride in the satisfaction of our clients.ABOUT THE ROLE:BEE is seeking a collaborative and experienced individual to join our team as a Remediation Project Manager. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry who can thrive in our growing Remediation Department. The Remediation Project Manager role is designed to be dynamic and includes a roughly 70-30 ratio of office to in-field work. This position is full-time and is based in BEE's Edmonds office. RESPONSIBILITIES:· Lead the planning and implementation of building envelope remediation projects from initiation to closure.· Conduct thorough assessments and inspections of existing building envelope systems to identify deficiencies, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.· Develop detailed remediation plans and specifications tailored to each client's specific needs, considering factors such as budget, timeline, and desired performance outcomes.· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of remediation plans into ongoing construction or renovation projects.· Assist clients in the selection and evaluation of subcontractors, vendors, and materials, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.· Monitor and oversee the implementation of building envelope remediation projects, providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.· Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and industry standards, and provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.· Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients, highlighting project status, findings, and proposed solutions.· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to building envelope systems and remediation practices, and incorporate this knowledge into client engagementsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and professional licenses are a plus.Proven experience as a consultant or advisor in building envelope remediation or construction.Extensive knowledge of building envelope systems, materials, and industry standards, with a track record of successfully delivering remediation projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and develop innovative solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.BENEFITS:BEE supports individual career development within our company which includes membership in industry associations and training through seminars, webinars, and conferences.Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w matching, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Parental Leave and Wellness Program.
