One of our large pharmaceutical clients is seeking to bring on a Laboratory Instrumentation Analyst to join their growing Equipment Lifecycle Management team in Malvern, PA. This individual will be responsible for following Quality Control procedures on the installation, qualification, and maintenance of GMP analytical instruments in 5 Quality labs in Malvern PA. Responsibilities will include:Leading and participating in cross-functional teams and managing related projectsCommunicating with vendors to coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities.Draft and execute instrument qualification protocols, site operating procedures, and other technical documents with minimal guidance once trained on internal processes.Draft protocols, supporting documents, and procedures for new instruments and equipment.Write and execute QC analytical equipment qualificationsConnect with QA to follow up on investigations to understand the root causeOverall Equipment lifecycle managementQualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Scientific related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience with qualifying and validating laboratory instrumentsMinimum of 4 years of GMP work experiencePrior experience with HPLC, Cell Counters, Plate Readers, Flow Cytometers andor DNA Sequencers is preferredPay: $40.00-$45.00hr (can be flexible based on experience)Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmPTO: 10 PTO days, 6 paid sick days and paid Holidays annuallyHiring Method: Multiyear contract - After 1 year on contract, the individual will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role or have their contract renewed for another yearBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans availableExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
