Overview:Are you a dynamic financial advisor ready to focus on what you do best"”meeting with clients, building financial plans, and closing business"”without the need for prospecting? Invita Financial, a rapidly growing independent RIA, is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. We provide a steady stream of pre-qualified leads, extensive marketing support, and a structured system to help you succeed in serving mass-affluent, retirement-aged clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct client meetings with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified prospects provided by the firm.Develop customized financial plans tailored to each client's retirement goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.Present and recommend fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as primary offerings, with occasional use of life insurance or other financial products.Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement income planning, tax efficiency, and asset protection.Follow the firm's structured sales and planning process to guide clients through decision-making and implementation.Maintain detailed client records and documentation in CRM and portfolio management systems.Collaborate with internal operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of new clients.Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and financial planning strategies relevant to retirement-focused clients.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or in a similar client-facing financial services role.Licensing & Certifications:Must hold Series 65 or be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe.Life and Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).CFP® or other industry designations are a plus but not required.Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge of retirement income planning, investment management, and annuity strategies.Familiarity with fixed-indexed annuities, structured investments, and fee-based advisory platforms.Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools.Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts in a way that is accessible to clients.Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.Other Requirements:Must be highly coachable and willing to follow the firm's proven fortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a steady flow of client meetings.Ability to work full-time, in-office at the firm's Sandy, Utah vita Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
