Annapolis, Maryland, known as the sailing capital of the U.S., is the perfect gateway to explore the Chesapeake Bay and experience an elevated charter adventure.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Customer Service representative at Waypoints Yacht Charters in Annapolis, MD. Involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering outstanding customer service experiences daily.
