Job Title: Developer Support Engineer - Ads SupportLocation: Redmond, WADuration: Long TermWaferWire is seeking a skilled Ads Support Engineer with a strong focus on supporting Advertiser API, Analytics, and Syndication for the Ads Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to customers and partners, ensuring successful implementations, integrations, and troubleshooting of the Ads platform. The role demands both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to interact with clients, ensuring that their advertising needs are met effectively.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide dedicated support to Ads customers using the Advertiser API, Analytics tools, and Syndication services. Troubleshoot issues related to SOAPREST APIs, web-based tags, pixel implementation, and ad tracking.API & Integration Assistance: Assist clients with integrating Ads APIs (both REST and SOAP) into their systems, ensuring a seamless connection and data flow. Provide guidance on best practices and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during the integration process.Web-based Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues related to conversion tags and pixel implementation on customer websites. Assist with debugging HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies to ensure proper functioning of tracking mechanisms.Customer Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions. Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.Analytics Support: Guide customers in utilizing Ads Analytics tools effectively. Assist in interpreting data and solving issues related to campaign performance, reporting, and tracking.Syndication Support: Work with syndication partners to resolve any technical issues related to syndicating Ads across partner networks.Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, product, and other support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, while also providing feedback for platform improvements.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to enhance the customer support experience.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Ads products, APIs, tools, and technologies to provide the best support to customersQualifications:Technical Skills:Solid understanding of SOAPREST APIs and experience troubleshooting API-related issues.Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web-based technologies.Experience with conversion tags, tracking pixels, and web-based analytics tools.Familiarity with ad tracking, digital marketing technologies, and syndication processes is a plus.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues munication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to external clients.Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Experience:Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably related to digital marketing, analytics, or ad platforms.Experience with Ads or other digital ad platforms is highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with advertising technologies, conversion tracking, and the online ad ecosystem.Experience supporting clients and customers in a technology-focused role.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.Why WaferWire?WaferWire is committed to empowering every person and every customer of theirs to achieve more and be successful.
