Support Human Resources regarding safety and various other investigations.Conducts BAT (breath alcohol testing) and Oral Swap testing as part of Substance Abuse ProgramMonitor departmental budget and payrollHandle associate relations such as, but not limited to coaching, counseling, and training direct reports by partnering with department manager andor human resources.Evaluatediscuss direct report's job performance using objectives set with quarterly conversations held.
