The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership within the insurance industry.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Units to create and enhance strategic plans that support projected growth within the territory.Develop and manage key relationships, setting goals for existing partnerships and identifying long-term prospects through detailed analytics.Provide valuable market insights and maintain strong internal communication with teams, product line leaders and officeregiondivision leaders.Oversee a dynamic prospect list to ensure sustainable and profitable growth for the organization.Lead and develop territory marketing representatives, setting clear goals and milestones.Formulate team strategies for participation in local, regional, and national events.Identify opportunities for product improvements or new product development by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions.Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Maintain high standards of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.Manage the budget for business development activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the with experience in client relationship and business development. Exposure to underwriting and wholesale broking preferred. Strategic Execution: Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans by geography.Education: College degree preferred.
