Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute concrete construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.Supervise and guide field personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to interpret project plans and specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.Manage project budgets, including managing costs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and any potential risks.Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.Resolve conflicts and problems on-site, ensuring a productive working environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and industry standards.Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
