You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating leads for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business development efforts that align with our company's growth objectives.Key Responsibilities: Actively promote SFC Enterprises' services to potential clients within the construction industry. Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and securing new construction projects. Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Hospital Systems, Large Doctor Groups, developers, and property managers. Identify business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and track progress using CRM software. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with overall sales goals.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the construction industry Strong ability to generate leads and close business deals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable networking and building relationships with key industry stakeholders Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategiesPreferred Skills: Experience in the construction industry or a related field Knowledge of local construction markets and industry players Experience with project management or project estimation processes
